In my recent role as an Administrator at The Social Bond (Jan 2026 – Apr 2026), I managed daily administrative operations and maintained records, while coordinating communication between staff, students, and parents. I also supported organizing school activities and events and helped ensure smooth workflow and discipline in operations.

Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Zamin Builders (Oct 2023 – 2024), handling customer queries and building client relationships. I supported account management and customer satisfaction, identified customer needs, and contributed to sales growth, and as a Sales Associate (Oct 2022 – Oct 2023) I achieved sales targets through effective communication while delivering high-quality customer service.
