I’m an E-commerce Operations and Sales leader with a track record of managing complex marketplace operations and driving growth. I focus on streamlining processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and optimizing customer and vendor experiences to improve performance and profitability.

In my recent roles, I’ve validated and executed action plans aligned to business objectives, led sales planning and commercial targets, and designed new processes to boost productivity. I also coordinate cross-functional workflows—like testing new features with technical teams and aligning payment tracking and verification with finance—to keep operations running smoothly.

Before that, I strengthened vendor ecosystems and service coverage: expanding driver networks and improving app experiences, consulting and training women-owned SMEs to grow via marketplaces, and leading vendor success and onboarding programs through seller enablement. I’m equally committed to people development, sharing practical skills through training, coaching, and an adjunct instructor role in personal development.
