At Paycom, I owned the Personnel Action Form and Performance Discussion Form as the sole designer, contributing to more than 20 initiatives across employee and performance management.
I spearheaded the Personnel Action Form’s first end-to-end redesign, resolving fragmented workflows and information-architecture conflicts while establishing four reusable design patterns. I also reworked the supervisor-approval flow, cutting employee-transfer process time by 50%.
For the Performance Discussion Form, I transformed a text-heavy landing experience into a dashboard that surfaces priority actions, data trends, and performance insights. The lifecycle framework I established was adopted by the PAF and ATS redesign teams.
Earlier, as a Product Design Intern at Paycom, I designed a multi-level CRM architecture and conducted 16 user and stakeholder interviews to inform product and data visualization recommendations. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design, with a foundation in information architecture, AI prototyping, and B2B systems.
