I am looking for a collaborative environment that values user-centered design, where I can contribute to impactful projects and grow my skills in UX design.

I am a UX designer based in Dallas, TX, with a strong background in customer support that has shaped my understanding of user needs. My experience includes representing students in the first edition of Wylie Connect, where I organized interactive campus events to enhance student engagement. I have a keen interest in user research and interaction design, striving to create intuitive experiences that make a real impact.

Throughout my career, I have worked in various roles, including customer service representative and marketing assistant, where I focused on improving service efficiency and enhancing user experiences. My education in Communication Design with a User Experience Design track has equipped me with the skills to conduct user interviews, create personas, and utilize design thinking methodologies to develop effective solutions.
