At Feelpixel UX Design Studio, I led and contributed to end-to-end design for eight products across four client accounts, all of which shipped and remain active. I translated user evidence, business goals, permissions, and edge cases into tested workflows and implementation-ready specifications.
For GIST Impact, I helped create an investor portal that replaced spreadsheet-dependent analysis with interactive decision-support workflows. At CARS24 Marketplace, I connected transaction and case-management workflows in an operational portal, defining shared states, permissions, and exception handling.
