What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead AI governance and cloud/Microsoft platform controls end-to-end—building frameworks, embedding risk controls, and delivering real implementations that stand up to regulators, audits, and executive scrutiny.

I lead AI governance and platform controls as Systems & Controls Lead, administering a Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Copilot environment for a public authority. I own enterprise-wide deployment and governance across Entra ID, Azure-hosted workloads, SharePoint/Teams, and Office 365, and I embed operational controls throughout delivery.

I designed an enterprise data governance program from scratch for Freddie Mac—building policy architecture and operational procedures, cataloging metadata in Collibra, and defining data attributes and lineage to support audit readiness and compliance monitoring. In consulting roles, I delivered consent-order remediation initiatives for Discover and Citigroup, serving as a senior escalation point to executive leadership and embedding preventive and detective controls into technology rollouts.

I’m also hands-on with AI systems: I founded MediCore at Citigroup with a production-shaped FastAPI backend, multi-provider LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and custom PyTorch models. I run a local Ollama-served model orchestrator for ongoing AI-assisted development, and I bring day-to-day AI fluency (Claude and ChatGPT) alongside program and people leadership, including managing direct and offshore teams.
