What I'm looking for

I'm seeking IT Support, Systems Administration, or IT Auditing opportunities, including national or international relocation, where I can maintain infrastructure, support users, and improve technology operations.

I've audited computers, networks, connectivity, and electrical safety conditions across more than 50 educational institutions for the Secretaría de Educación de Pasto. I compiled technology asset inventories and produced recommendations to improve computer lab performance.

At DC Computadores, I provided on-site and remote support to an average of 20 clients per week for more than three years. I diagnosed and repaired PCs, laptops, and peripherals, performed preventive and corrective maintenance, and advised customers on hardware and software purchases.

For the SMART-DRAIN capstone project, I led the physical assembly and integration of an ESP32-based monitoring node with ultrasonic and RTC modules. I also documented the technical audit process and validated communications testing with 100% effectiveness.

I'm proficient in Windows/Linux administration, LAN networking, and PostgreSQL, and I'm open to remote positions and international relocation.
