In my current role as a Receptionist, I handle incoming calls, direct callers appropriately, and manage detailed records of inquiries and complaints. I resolve customer issues by listening carefully, using de-escalation techniques when needed, and providing solutions that fit each person’s needs.

I also help ensure operational compliance by maintaining health regulation adherence and training new staff on service techniques and food handling procedures.
