I’m a customer-focused receptionist who keeps operations running smoothly while making every visitor feel welcome. I bring a calm, professional presence, strong communication, and the ability to handle busy front-desk demands with confidence.

At Cumberland Animal Clinic, I greeted visitors, managed a high volume of incoming calls, and routed requests to the right departments. I scheduled appointments and maintained calendars for multiple executives, responded to client and employee inquiries with accurate information, and resolved customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Before that, I worked as a Photographer with SWI Photography, supporting school photography work and interacting with kids every day. I’m comfortable working around lots of people while staying organized and positive in fast-paced settings, and I use Adobe Lightroom as part of my workflow.

I also have experience as a Subway Sandwich Artist/Cashier, strengthening my cash handling, customer service, and food preparation skills. With a GED and a background that includes childcare, reliability, teamwork, and animal care, I’m ready to contribute wherever service, scheduling, and people-first support matter most.
