What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead localization programs where I can improve language quality, vendor performance, and release readiness while working upstream with product, design, engineering, and AI/MT evaluation workflows.

I've owned Turkish localization end-to-end for Meta Reality Labs across Meta Quest VR, Ray-Ban Meta, and store content, sustaining 99%+ quality scores and on-time launches.

I manage terminology, translation memories, style guides, vendor coordination, release sign-off, and quality escalations across hardware, software, voice interfaces, UI, and documentation. I also run in-context testing, A/B tests, and AI/MT evaluations to improve Turkish user experience and translation workflows.

At AWS Educate, I raised program-wide quality from under 85% to 99% by redesigning the QA framework, defining KPIs, and establishing vendor scorecards. I partnered with product and design teams through quality reviews and workshops to bring localization considerations upstream.

My earlier work for Facebook, Instagram, Canva, Pinterest, and Valve's Steam platform built my foundation in localization testing, terminology governance, developer-facing feedback, and Turkish-language team leadership.
