What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise technology, PMO, and transformation initiatives where I can build scalable governance, improve cross-functional execution, strengthen adoption, and partner with leaders to deliver strategic business outcomes.

At Enzymedica, I lead enterprise technology and operational initiatives for an 80-person manufacturing organization, building one of its first PMO frameworks and improving portfolio visibility, governance, and execution discipline.

I've led implementations of Microsoft 365, Fishbowl ERP, SugarCRM, MasterControl QMS, and Monday.com from requirements and configuration through training, adoption, and go-live. I redesigned product development using Agile and stage-gate governance, accelerating 9+ product launches by 4–6 weeks, and reduced documentation effort by an estimated 40% using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude.

Previously at Bealls, I managed technology initiatives across 68 department stores and approximately 600 outlet locations, coordinating teams of up to 25 members across separate retail platforms. I received Bealls' Mid-Level Manager of the Year Award for leadership and operational excellence.
