Senior Release Train Engineer and Agile leader driving cross-team delivery and process improvement.
What I'm looking for
I am a senior Release Train Engineer and Agile leader with extensive experience scaling Agile across programs and value streams, coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and running ART ceremonies from PI Planning to Inspect & Adapt. I combine hands-on facilitation, metrics-driven management, and active security-cleared program delivery to increase team productivity while maintaining high quality.
I have led multiple ARTs and launched the first Agile Release Train for a major contract, acted as a program manager for large-scale community projects, and served as a Navy officer and decorated pilot. I deliver clear roadmaps, stakeholder-aligned priorities, and continuous improvement through training, mentoring, and value stream mapping.
