I’m looking to lead Agile delivery in cross-functional teams, using flow metrics and Jira reporting to improve predictability, throughput, and release quality—especially in regulated environments—while coaching stakeholders through dependencies, risks, and continuous improvement.

I'm a Technical Program Manager, Senior Scrum Master, and Agile Coach with an Electrical Engineering background and an MBA. I enjoy helping distributed engineering teams deliver complex software and hardware products through servant leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
