At New York Media, I serve as Senior Agile RTE, and through Persistent I launched Entegris’s first Agile Release Train for the EDIP platform, spanning 10 cross-functional teams and 110+ practitioners. I established its operating rhythm, coordinated three interdependent value streams, and managed a $7M annual budget.
For Olympus, through Microsoft / MILL5, I managed a $2 billion multi-year initiative to migrate a medical device portfolio to Azure Cloud with AI enablement. The work included onboarding more than 1 million hardware devices and coordinating across Microsoft and Olympus engineering teams.
At Bank of America, I led a 120+ person train supporting a CRM platform and custom iOS apps. I facilitated PI Planning and helped improve Scrum team predictability to 90% before the release train reset.
Earlier, at Commonwealth Care Alliance, I built out the PMO and delivered technology and process improvements, including an encounter submission automation system that brought the organization into compliance. I’m a Certified SAFe Practice Consultant and co-author of The Secret Red Book for Project-driven Enterprises.
