What I'm looking for

I’m open to remote leadership roles where I can drive SAFe PI planning and ART alignment, build and mature agile tooling (especially ServiceNow), and deliver measurable outcomes across distributed onshore/offshore teams.

I’m a SAFe 6.0 Senior Scrum Master / SAFe RTE with 15+ years managing complex, multi-workstream enterprise programs across financial services, utilities, healthcare, and government IT. I’m currently leading four simultaneous Agile projects on a large-scale State of Texas IT modernization initiative, including designing and building the entire ServiceNow Agile infrastructure from scratch where none previously existed.

I bring a rare combination of SAFe 6.0 Release Train Engineer expertise, PMP project governance, and deep hands-on ServiceNow platform knowledge. I’ve served as RTE and Scrum Master across multiple Agile Release Trains, facilitated PI Planning and ART alignment, built Agile metrics dashboards (velocity, backlog health, business value), and mentored distributed onshore/offshore teams to deliver measurable results in highly regulated environments.
