Led four simultaneous Agile projects on a large-scale Texas IT modernization program as the only Scrum Master managing concurrent workstreams. Designed and built the ServiceNow Agile infrastructure from scratch and served as SAFe 6.0 RTE, facilitating PI planning and aligning ART teams while managing risks and dependencies.

Managed three simultaneous Agile delivery projects for a regulated financial services environment, serving as SAFe RTE to align multiple Agile Release Trains and drive cross-team dependencies. Served as primary ServiceNow Scrum Master for four years, managing full Agile delivery lifecycle across multiple enterprise IT projects in the utility sector. Delivered Agile performance reporting (velocity, burndown, sprint performance, business value) and facilitated Scrum of Scrums across distributed teams.

Managed complex Agile and hybrid PMO projects and migrated legacy Waterfall initiatives to Scrum within 6 months. Led key deployments including Graduate Admissions CRM (Technolutions Slate) and enterprise electronic signature migration (Adobe Sign) to standardize workflows across business units.

Led migration of services into a new BCM-OIT Service Catalog on the ServiceNow platform, one of the earliest enterprise ServiceNow deployments in the healthcare academic environment. Designed and implemented the BCM Cloud Platform to provision and de-provision storage, server, and VDI services using Scrum/Agile processes.

Directed technology operations for Ford’s Andean region (Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador), managing a portfolio of 135 projects valued at $8.3M annually across IT strategy, infrastructure, and enterprise application deployment.
