At Powtoon, I manage an enterprise renewal portfolio of about $1M a year, handling 20–30 renewals each month from quotes and pricing options through procurement and payment follow-through. In July 2026, I saved a $16,580 renewal after a price-increase objection by negotiating a core-license pricing exception and presenting multi-year options.

I also built an AI-assisted Renewals Tracker to centralize tracking and churn review across 33 synced HubSpot properties. It combines rules-based churn scoring with Gemini AI advisory analysis and passed 202 unit tests in a September 2026 audit.

Before moving into renewals, I handled customer support at Powtoon, resolving product, browser, billing, and account issues through Zendesk and HubSpot. Earlier, I supported members at Offsourcing, Inc. and provided technical support for NETGEAR products at Concentrix Philippines.

At Concentrix Philippines, I trained new hires on technical and product topics, adapted training using QA findings and operational data, and led train-the-trainer sessions. I also taught Computer 101, Data Networking, and Systems Analysis and Design at DMMA College of Southern Philippines while working full-time at Concentrix.
