At CONCENTRIX NUVALI, I handled business information reports for Dun & Bradstreet (DNB), served as team POC, and prepared reports that included financial statements of public companies.

In my role as Chief Commercial Officer - Dun & Bradstreet (DNB), I also coached agents and supported operations with minor administrative tasks, updates, and initiatives. Earlier, as a Collections Care Representative, I took escalation calls for Macy’s Collections and Bank of America.

At TELETECH, I handled desktop computer support calls and processed sales when a customer’s issue called for it. Before that, I taught computer programming at A.I.T.E. COLLEGE and handled system analysis and design.

At DYNASTY COMPUTER CENTER, I maintained and troubleshot computers and peer-to-peer network operating systems, and prepared inventory reports. I’m open to joining a company where I can put my knowledge and experience to good use and keep growing professionally; I’m also open to freelance work helping clients solve problems and run their operations more smoothly.
