I’m looking to own programme-scale cloud, platform, and identity delivery in regulated environments—aligning DevOps/IaC engineering with cost, risk, and executive decision-making through strong governance, delivery transparency, and cross-team accountability.

I’m a Senior Technical Project Manager with 7+ years delivering programme-scale cloud, platform, and identity initiatives across regulated financial and professional services. At Oliver Wyman (Marsh McLennan), I currently own four concurrent programme-scope workstreams—AWS data-centre exit, full Kubernetes estate redeployment, firm-wide SailPoint identity-governance rollout, and legacy IAM decommissioning—driving DevOps, SRE, security, and application-owner teams in a matrix with no direct line authority.

I hold the technical detail with engineers on pipeline design, Terraform module structure, and Kubernetes namespace architecture, then translate it into cost and risk narratives executives can act on. I built the 2027 cost model—11 countries and 70 applications costed to per-application unit level with configurable delivery scenarios—forming the basis of the programme’s 2027 budget submission, including removing ~£3m of annual on-premises run-rate.

My delivery combines regulated change control (PRA/FCA, SOX-qualified scope) with practical engineering outcomes: 84 applications migrated across 14 waves, a complete Kubernetes redeployment for 53 applications and 143 namespaces, and Active Directory migration of 9,000+ accounts with zero business interruption. I’ve also strengthened governance and automation—saving 11 FTE-days of admin per quarter—while supporting portfolio-level budgeting, forecasting, and ROI improvement.
