I’m a Functional Analyst who supports banking system delivery by turning business needs into well-documented, testable outputs. I combine structured process thinking with strong data handling to keep upgrades and migrations compliant and on track.

In T24 Reimplementation, I helped upgrade a core banking environment and contributed to report extraction planning, comparison, and field mapping between legacy (R12) and new release (R18). I also supported data validation and cleansing to meet updated company policies and standards.

For Project Phoenix, I supported a Loan Origination System implementation by assisting with user guides and training materials, building process maps using Swimlane diagrams, and validating them with process owners. I also prepared and validated data for system migration and supported policy and procedure documentation.

Earlier, as a Credit Analyst and Business Analyst, I gathered and analyzed loan application data, tracked application status, and prepared analytical and statistical reports for management review. I bring practical cross-team coordination, including working with credit officers and using process mapping and testing to identify gaps early.
