At Northwestern Medicine, I recruit across Respiratory, Nursing, Radiology, and Laboratory teams, filling 74 positions in my first 60 days while supporting 14 hiring managers and managing 80 requisitions.

I've led full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition teams at Kronos Foods/Grecian Delight, Takeda Pharmaceutical, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Cara Connects, Wilton Brands, and Gate Gourmet. My work includes managing up to 100 requisitions, implementing recruitment and applicant tracking systems, hiring more than 200 employees with an 85% one-year retention rate, and improving onboarding efficiency and retention from 20% to 85%.
