I’m a high-performing Intake Specialist with 5+ years of experience supporting clients through complex systems, including Social Security services. I bring strength in eligibility assessments, documentation, and clear, high-volume communication.

Currently, as an RBT at The Perfect Child LLC / Early Autism Services, I conduct assessments, maintain detailed records, and communicate with families while coordinating care. I’m comfortable managing multiple clients weekly and keeping documentation consistently thorough.

Before that, I worked as a Patient Care Assistant at St. Vincent’s, where I supported 15–25 patients daily by documenting vitals and care updates and collaborating closely with healthcare teams. I learned how to balance urgency, accuracy, and empathy in fast-moving environments.

Earlier, as a Customer Service Rep (GS-5) with SSA, I handled 40–70+ daily calls and assisted with disability inquiries. That role sharpened my ability to handle confidential records and guide clients through complex next steps.
