I’m a customer-focused professional who enjoys turning support requests into clear, resolved outcomes. With experience in hospitality and corporate support, I’m comfortable working with people in fast-paced, high-standard environments.

In hospitality, I supported daily hotel operations through direct customer service, organized table setup and service, and contributed to event support. I learned how to maintain service quality while collaborating with a team and adapting quickly to guests’ needs.

At Teleperformance as an Interaction Expert, I provided customer service and technical support, handling issue resolution and problem-solving. I bring structured communication, calm troubleshooting, and the ability to manage requests efficiently in a corporate setting.

I also combine technical knowledge in electrotechnics/electrical engineering with modern Apple system familiarity (iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS).
