I am an emerging IT project management professional with certified training in Agile IT Project Management and Project Management. I combine structured, user-focused solutions with hands-on delivery experience, supporting project execution from concept to delivery.

In my most recent role, I contributed to the successful completion of Phase 1 of the My Home App Agile Project Management workstream. I coordinated between stakeholders and developers to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables, and I supported requirements gathering, documentation, and progress tracking to improve clarity and team alignment.

Earlier, as an IT Support Intern, I provided first-line technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues. I also supported deployment and maintenance of internal IT systems and collaborated on documenting recurring issues and solution guides to reduce resolution time.

For my final-year project, I led end-to-end project management for VisaConnect, a web-based visa consultancy platform aimed at reducing misinformation and visa fraud. I managed planning, timelines, deliverables, quality assurance, and feature integration (including booking workflows and secure payments), and I leveraged stakeholder requirements to improve trust, access, and service efficiency.
