Before moving into my current role, I worked as a Project Officer at GBfoods Ghana. At GBfoods Africa, I worked as National Service Personnel, contributing to project coordination, IT demand management, and training delivery.
At New Legon Medical Centre, I managed servers and network infrastructure, and entered patient financial information into Excel. Earlier, as an intern at SSNITGhana, I monitored servers and generated status reports.
My background also includes customer-record updates at Absa Bank Ghana and biometric data validation for the Electoral Commission of Ghana. I hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Valley View University and a SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Sales implementation consultant certification.
