At Enterprise Computing Limited, I coordinate delivery across client engagements in banking, insurance, telecom, and real estate. I manage schedules and stakeholder follow-ups, and serve as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors.
For Broll Ghana, I owned end-to-end delivery of a website and residential portal rebuild as the primary client liaison. I coordinated scope and timelines, managed developer communication and vendor negotiations, and presented decisions to the client’s CEO.
I also led end-to-end delivery of the ePunch cloud-based time and attendance solution, from kickoff through testing, go-live, and closure. On other projects, I supported a green building assessment platform and coordinated vendor-led security implementation through UAT and sign-off.
