I’m a Kenya-based logistics and last-mile dispatcher focused on driving operational excellence and delivering timely, cost-effective, customer-first solutions. In my current role, I manage and optimize last mile delivery operations, lead and inspire delivery teams, and use operational data to drive continuous improvement and KPI performance.
Before logistics, I built a strong technical foundation as an Electrician and Service Technician—assembling and maintaining wiring, installing and testing equipment, and troubleshooting faults using diagnostic tools. I’ve also handled customer inquiries and customer care support, and I’m comfortable coordinating work, advising on equipment use, and supervising electricians.
