My experience includes configuring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring optimal network uptime, and troubleshooting issues effectively within organizations.

During my tenure as an Infrastructure Consultant Intern at Axxend Corporation, I successfully migrated emails to Microsoft 365 and implemented Microsoft Email Security and Endpoint Security. I also conducted workshops on Microsoft Data Security and documented Proof of Execution for Microsoft Windows Server Management workshops, showcasing my ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

In my previous role at Stytech Ghana, I provided IT support and managed network systems, further enhancing my skills in network troubleshooting and server management.
