At Rain Instant Pay, I manage a customer portfolio using health, engagement, and utilization data to improve retention, adoption, and risk mitigation. I build account strategies, playbooks, and proactive processes while partnering with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support.

Previously at LeafLink and Leaf Trade, I owned retention, expansion, onboarding, and long-term strategy for a 50-account SMB-to-enterprise SaaS portfolio. I translated customer feedback and workflow gaps into product recommendations, feature validation, QA testing, and scalable solutions that improved utilization and customer experience.

I've also run an independent Depop storefront and a freelance photography business, managing operations from merchandising and marketing to fulfillment, client delivery, budgeting, and logistics. Across sales, e-commerce, and customer success, I bring a practical, data-informed approach to improving processes and business outcomes.
