I'm looking to create engaging learning programs that improve employee confidence, adoption, retention, and performance while aligning training with organizational goals.

At Centerspace Homes, I develop and facilitate training for 100+ employees, using ADDIE and SAM to create learning experiences that support retention and performance.

I've authored Articulate 360 e-learning modules that increased on-demand learning usage and completion rates by 25%. I also create SOPs, quick reference guides, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and gamified learning activities.

Previously, I built hands-on new-hire training for leasing consultants that increased retention and sales conversion rates by 25%. I partnered with regional leaders on standardized training, measurable KPIs, field coaching, and performance improvement.
