I am a practical, hands-on professional with experience in IT support, plumbing, construction, and general operations. I have completed a National Certificate (Vocational) and gained applied experience during internships and project work.

In IT roles I maintained campus networks and internet services, configured user email on mail servers, and supported students with Microsoft tools. In trades roles I contributed to plumbing, electrical, bricklaying and painting tasks on residential and guesthouse projects.

I have worked in fast-paced service environments including food service and general labor, where I handled order packing, food preparation, and customer interactions. I consistently meet tight schedules and deliver expected results on project deadlines.
