What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT infrastructure or support role where I can maintain secure networks and systems, resolve complex technical issues, support end users, and contribute to reliable day-to-day operations.

I've supported secure, reliable IT operations for the Texas Legislative Council, Texas Department of State Health Services/WIC, and Pflugerville ISD. At the Texas Legislative Council, I configured and maintained VPN remote access, firewalls, switches, routers, software upgrades, server patches, and network configurations through 2026.

Across more than 20 years in state agency and educational environments, I've resolved Tier 1–3 issues, managed user access and permissions, configured hardware and software, and translated technical problems into practical solutions for end users. I bring hands-on experience with Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, TCP/IP, and technical documentation.
