What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support reliable network, endpoint, and identity services, solve time-critical technical issues, and contribute clear documentation and user-focused service delivery.

I've supported mission-critical operations in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Network Administrator and Technical Operations professional for approximately six years.

I administered LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routing, switching, VLAN segmentation, IP subnetting, and IPsec VPN tunnels. I also provisioned and managed more than 100 Active Directory accounts, permissions, group memberships, password resets, and deprovisioning workflows.

I troubleshoot faults across physical, transport, and application layers while supporting technical and non-technical users in high-tempo environments. I document resolutions, build standard operating procedures, and communicate clearly through SLA-aware ticket handling.
