I diagnose AWS Site-to-Site and Client VPN, IPsec tunnel, BGP routing, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, VPC, EC2, and S3 issues through root cause and permanent resolution.
I bring a background in enterprise systems administration, field engineering, automation, and IT operations. I use PowerShell and Python to support application maintenance and configuration, create technical runbooks, mentor peers on VPN and networking topics, and communicate clear solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
