At Google, I monitor internally developed applications and infrastructure using SolarWinds and PRTG, supporting Level 2 incidents across Linux and Windows environments.
I investigate connectivity, performance, and availability issues; analyze logs for root causes; and manage incident resolution within SLAs through ServiceNow. I also support secure hybrid access with Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls, deploy software updates, and automate monitoring tasks with Bash.
Previously at NTT Data, I supported enterprise LAN/WAN environments for global clients, troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and application-related support requests.
