I’m looking for a role where I can support secure AWS operations, respond quickly to high-priority incidents, and improve endpoint and cloud security with practical IAM, logging, and vulnerability-focused troubleshooting.

I’m a Cloud Support Engineer and cybersecurity specialist and I focus on secure, reliable AWS environments while driving customer success. I prioritized and assigned support tickets based on urgency and technical specialty, reaching a 90% first-response rate within 60 minutes.

In my current role, I resolved over 2,000 customer support tickets monthly for clients in the AWS environment and guided clients through proper procedures to accomplish tasks. I also configure AWS services for 10+ clients, deploying EC2 instances and setting up S3 storage to support optimal performance.

I monitor AWS accounts for performance anomalies and security vulnerabilities, recommending actions like implementing IAM policies and enabling CloudTrail logging. I bring hands-on endpoint security and desktop support experience as well, and I’m continuing to advance my expertise through cybersecurity-focused training and certifications.
