I’m an ICT professional with over five years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments. I combine hands-on IT service delivery with strong user administration across Microsoft 365 and enterprise identity services.
In my Tier 2 role with Microsoft commercial customers, I administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. I manage user accounts, licensing, MFA, and access—then troubleshoot Windows, networking, email, and endpoint issues while partnering with Microsoft engineers on escalations and meeting SLA targets.
Previously, as an IT Support Engineer, I supported desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications, handling Active Directory account management and Windows systems. I also resolve VPN and LAN issues, maintain IT assets and documentation, and continually strengthen my security capability through cybersecurity and ethical hacking training, including a VAPT capstone involving SIEM alert investigation, network traffic analysis, and vulnerability risk assessment.
