What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote or contract work in an MSP-style environment where I can handle Tier 1/2 troubleshooting across network, security, and Microsoft 365—supporting clients end-to-end, working with tools like SonicWall, Acronis, and Bitdefender.

I’m an IT Support Engineer with 4+ years in a managed services environment, supporting 30+ client organizations, 1,000+ end-users, and resolving 100+ tickets/month across network, server, security, and endpoint issues. I deliver remote support at scale (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Splashtop) with centralized patching, monitoring, and alerting through Acronis, and I was recognized as ICT Engineer of the Year 2024.

I work deeply across Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, Active Directory on Windows Server (2012 R2–2022), and SonicWall firewalls/VPNs, while also managing security and resilience with Bitdefender GravityZone and Acronis Cyber Protect backup/DR. I’ve onboarded clients end-to-end—from discovery and deployment to security hardening, backup, and documentation—and I’m currently completing HEART/NSTA Level 4 in Network Engineering and SonicWall Academy certifications.
