I'm looking to partner with business leaders in a technology organization to strengthen employee experience, performance, talent, retention, and organizational effectiveness through data-driven people practices.

At ViaPlus by VINCI Highways, I partner with leaders across a global product technology organization on employee relations, performance, talent, workforce planning, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
