What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level HR role in a collaborative organization where I can apply HR education, grow in recruitment and employee relations, and contribute through strong communication and administrative support.

I am an MBA graduate in HR/Industrial Relations with a B.Sc in Computers, combining people-focused HR training with a solid foundation in computer skills.

During my studies I completed a campus internship (November 2024 - Present) and a project conducting a teacher blood-group survey, gaining practical experience in field data collection and stakeholder interaction.

I am proficient in MS Office and Excel, fluent in English and Telugu, and eager to start an HR role where I can apply my soft skills, administrative abilities, and analytical approach to support people and processes.
