SIRIKI VENKATA VAMSI

I am an MBA candidate (2023–2025) with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (2023) pursuing a career in human resources. I am focused on applying my academic background and practical training to HR roles where I can contribute immediately.

I completed a 45-day internship at Visakhapatnam Port Trust (Aug–Sep 2024) studying employee perception towards technological changes and have conducted a study on the impact of mental and physical well-being of employees in remote locations. These projects sharpened my research skills and deepened my interest in employee experience and change adoption.

I bring strengths in communication, time management, effective teamwork, adaptability, creative thinking and a positive attitude. I have practical event organization experience as an organizer for ASTHRA, a national-level management event at Gayatri Vidya Parishad College.

I am looking for an HR Executive role where I can develop my communication skills, support employee well-being, and help teams adopt effective HR practices and technologies. I am eager to learn, collaborate, and grow within a supportive, learning-oriented organization.
