What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a patient-centered role where I can coordinate treatments and lab orders with strong documentation and communication. I want a fast-paced team that values accuracy, calm care, and responsible use of AI-driven remote support.

I’m a Treatment and Lab Coordinator who keeps patient care running smoothly through accurate documentation, fast transcription, and organized workflows. I’m detail-oriented and reliable when managing both day-to-day coordination and time-sensitive communications.

In my current role at Smile Shoppe, I handle data collection and documentation, transcribe information via dictation, and keep orders precise. I order and audit dental lab materials and orthodontic appliances, maintain consistent manufacturing/pricing details, and manage relationships with major corporations such as 3M, Solventum, Specialty Appliances, and Invisalign.

Before this, I served as an Orthodontic Clinician and Remote Care Coordinator. I provided calm, detail-oriented patient care in stressful situations, and I supervised an AI remote care app for approximately 500 patients—teaching it how to identify dental/orthodontic abnormalities and respond to patient inquiries.

I also bring strong communication and service skills from prior roles in marketing/sales, childcare leadership, and education support. Across settings, I’ve coordinated scheduling for 50–80 patients per day, trained and managed systems, and delivered clear written and telephone communication backed by consistency, documentation accuracy, and customer support.
