What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support customers or patients with either scheduling needs or customer service questions and inquiries.

I've supported pediatric, general, and mobile dentistry at Smile Programs and Brightside Dental since 2020, providing chairside assistance, dental radiographs, patient care, and front office support.

I keep clinical workflows moving through treatment planning, insurance verification, scheduling, dental charting, sterilization, and OSHA and HIPAA compliance. I’m dedicated to creating a positive patient experience, especially for children and families.

Before dentistry, I built more than nine years of customer service and retail leadership experience at Kroger, including customer relations, employee training, administrative support, and daily operations.

I also worked as a preschool teacher at Rosebrook Child Development, where I provided nurturing daily care and built compassionate relationships with children and families.
