I'm investigating short-term insurance fraud enquiries at the Insurance Crime Bureau, analysing evidence, tracing and verifying claimants, and identifying trends that support member companies' case management and decision-making.

At Exxaro Resources, I built Power BI dashboards and analytical reports for Finance, HR, and Supply Chain, including Financial Results, Talent Pipeline, and DTI Analytics dashboards. I consolidated and prepared data from multiple sources, mapped processes, and delivered insights on financial performance, workforce planning, spend compliance, and operational trends.

I'm strengthening my AI backend engineering skills through Flyrank AI, building with APIs, RAG, AI agents, databases, testing, debugging, and version control. My Computing degree focused on Business Intelligence, including a dissertation on machine learning algorithms and synthetic data for predicting student academic outcomes.
