At Furry Friends Humane Society, I own the operating model for a 1,000+ person volunteer program, from intake and training through records, reporting, placement, and policy escalation.
Previously at Loggerhead Marinelife Center, I ran a 250-person volunteer operation and built onboarding from application through first shift. I also launched a recognition program that improved retention and shift coverage.
