What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can grow sales through relationship-building and also support people—combining customer service, merchandising, and coaching in a positive team environment.

I’m an experienced Sales Representative with a strong B2C sales background, built on relationship-building, cold calling, and strategic planning. I consistently met or exceeded quotas by prioritizing effectively, using upselling and cross-selling, and maintaining regular communication that increased repeat business with key accounts.

I also bring hands-on customer service and retail execution, providing friendly service, stocking and organizing product, and handling closing duties such as tills, deposits, and security procedures.
