At SHL, I lead a 23-person global People Services team supporting 1,450 employees across 22 countries. I own end-to-end HR operations, a £118 million global payroll strategy, an $8 million benefits portfolio, and the HR budget.
I've designed global operating models that standardise HR processes, simplify employee journeys, and increase automation. I also lead HR technology strategy across Sage People HCM, case management, service catalogues, SLAs, knowledge management, workforce analytics, and an AI First initiative.
Previously, I built HRIS roadmaps, automated onboarding workflows, implemented HR helpdesk capabilities, strengthened data governance, and led multi-country payroll implementation and compliance work.
