Kaylee Ramsey

At the United States Army, I coordinate personnel, training, readiness, and daily operational requirements for a seven-person medical team. I developed checklists, workflows, and supply-tracking processes across multiple operating rooms.

I maintain accountability for more than $1 million in medical supplies and equipment through resource tracking and inventory oversight. I also deliver training and professional development to groups of up to 19 personnel.

At Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, I support approximately 10–20 surgical procedures weekly by preparing operating rooms and coordinating instruments, equipment, and supplies. I review preoperative patient charts in Epic and work with multidisciplinary clinical teams.

At Pediatric Advanced Therapy (PAT), I coordinated the Director of Operations’ calendar, meetings, and administrative commitments, and supported clinic operations with insurance verification and front desk coverage. I’m completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Fitness and Wellness, and I’m interested in supporting research and programs that improve health outcomes.
