Kaylee Day
@kayleeday
Customer-focused communications and writing professional with legislative and publishing experience.
What I'm looking for
I’m a communication-driven, detail-oriented professional who combines customer service, strong writing, and media creation with real-world experience across government and publishing. In a Legislative Intern role, I supported constituents through phone and letters, maintained current-event and policy knowledge, and helped create community-facing content.
Today, I’m working as a Front Desk at UWM Pathway Advising—assisting students, maintaining confidential information, and scheduling appointments with a steady, organized approach. Alongside this, I’ve built hands-on experience in retail, remote sales, delivery, and high-volume food service, and I also serve as a Fiction Writing editor and social media/publishing contributor for Furrow Literary Magazine.
