What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to create and manage engaging social media content, support public relations initiatives, conduct research, and contribute strong communication and customer service skills.

I've supported the University of Mount Saint Vincent's Communications Department by managing and publishing weekly Facebook and Instagram content, researching peer institutions, expanding the social media calendar, and capturing original event photos and videos.

I've also managed front-desk operations at Mount Saint Vincent and currently support customers at Victoria's Secret through personalized product recommendations, transactions, merchandise organization, and promotion education. I bring communication, research, content creation, writing, and customer service experience to public relations and communications work.
