I’m a Claims Analyst working in high-volume, compliance-driven environments where accuracy and speed matter. At Cigna Healthcare & Evicore Special Team, I manage and adjudicate claims to ensure accurate and timely processing in line with industry regulations and company policies.

I also focus on how work gets done—examining processes for training, providing feedback, and identifying effective ways to enhance learning. By working closely with other departments, I resolve billing issues and improve processes so the team can deliver more consistent outcomes.
